General Agreement
LONDON Elite Chauffeurs LTD is a company providing private hire transportation services that is registered in England under company number 14820161 and registered address is at 5A Brewery road, Bromley, London, BR2 8LG, United Kingdom.
By using our services, you accept and agree to LONDON Elite Chauffeurs LTD terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to the contract between you (the Customer) and London Elite Chauffeurs LTD (the Principal) when fulfilling its obligation to provide private hire transportation services to you.
LONDON Elite Chauffeurs LTD accepts passengers, luggage and personal items for carriage only upon the Conditions set out below.

This email address can be used for all general enquiries, including cancellations, complaints, lost property, feedback, payment queries. If we need to contact you, we will do so by the email and/ or telephone number you have provided to us.
In accordance with Transport for London, as the licensing authority, LONDON Elite Chauffeurs LTD operates lawfully under the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 and Regulation 9(14) of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators’ Licences) Regulations 2000. As such, all bookings, however they are taken will be accepted as principal and a contractual obligation with the passenger will be made to provide the journey which is the subject of the agreed private hire booking.
Definitions
“Customer” means the person(s), or company who contracts directly with the Principal for the services of the Principal.
“Conditions” means the conditions of providing private hire transportation services, which shall apply to the contract between the Customer and the Principal. Conditions are set out including any alteration, variation or amendment subsequently advised to the Customer by the Principal.
“Contract” means a contract, which includes journey details, with an accurate estimate provided for the provision of services between the Customer and the Principal, whether booked as an account or non-account. The contract applies to all bookings between the Customer and the Principal.
“Chauffeur” means any person who is licensed by Transport for London of a Passenger Vehicle to carry out private hire bookings in accordance with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.
“Passenger(s)” means the Customer and/or such persons who the Customer shall authorise and/or permit to use the services by travelling in a passenger vehicle. By agreeing to or using the services, each passenger is bound by these Terms.
“Passenger Vehicle” means any London licensed vehicle that is used for the transportation of passengers. “Booking” means a booking for a Driver or Chauffeur to provide transportation services. All bookings must be made in advance by telephone or email with the Principal.
All bookings will be confirmed by email. Once a booking is confirmed (Aber payment has been authorised) it is subject to the cancellation fees.
A Booking constitutes an offer by you to purchase private hire transportation services in accordance with these Terms. A Booking will only be considered as accepted by us when we send written confirmation of the Booking via email. At this point and on which date and time a contract for those services to which the Booking relates shall come into existence.
The Customer, in each case, is deemed to have accepted the Terms when making use of the services. Each Booking constitutes a Contract between LONDON Elite Chauffeurs LTD (as principal), the Customer and you (if the person making the Booking is different from the Passenger).
“Charges” means the charges for the booking excluding additional charges, paid to the Principal, which was either agreed or for which an accurate estimate was provided in advance of the booking carried out. “Cancellation Fee” means a fee charged by the Principal for the cancellation of the Service by the Customer prior to the booked collection time.
“Cancellation on Arrival Fee” means a fee charged where a Customer or Passenger is not ready for collection (for whatever reason) by the end of the waiting time allowed by the Principal.
“Luggage & Personal Items” means suitcases and bags used by a Passenger to hold their personal possessions during the Service and including all other items (such as handbags, mobile phones, personal electronic devices, sunglasses, cameras and keys) brought by a Customer or Passenger into the Vehicle but not contained within a suitcase or bag.
“Service” means the transportation of passengers requested by the Customer.
“As Directed Hire “means a Customer Booking that is within the London Postal Area and is restricted to a driving distance of 40 miles in any 4-hour period of hire; and has a minimum of 3 stops in the period of hire, where one or more Passenger(s) directs the Driver for the period of hire.
“Waiting Time” means charges that are payable when waiting has been incurred before or during a passenger journey that has been communicated to you at the time of booking.
“Central London” means the London Postcodes that are within the London Congestion Zone: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, SW1, W1, WC1 and WC2
Purchase of Services
By making a booking through our phone or email, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are over 18 years old.
Bookings
Londoin Elite Chauffeurs is dedicated to serving clients daily and aims to surpass all expectations. Making an inquiry well in advance increases the chances of securing a suitable chauffeur-driven vehicle to meet your needs. To book, please contact us via phone or email and provide your full contact details, including your name, email address, and phone number. The booking agreement becomes effective once the Company sends a “Booking Confirmation” with ride details via email and/or text message.
Waiting Time
All quotes for journeys from UK airports and seaports include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time. All other trips include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time, including for each via point. After the complimentary time, a charge from £50/hour depends of category selected applies and will be calculated in 15-minute increments and charged to the debit or credit card provided at the time of booking.
Payments
All fees must be paid in advance unless you have a corporate account with us. Any additional charges, such as extra waiting time, will be billed to the debit or credit card used at the time of booking. Payments are processed in GBP and will appear on your statement as London Elite Chauffeurs LTD
Changes, Cancellations & Refund
Changes
Changes must be requested during working hours and confirmed by the Company. Inform us immediately of any required changes, which should be made no less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. We will attempt to accommodate changes requested within less than 24 hours but cannot guarantee fulfilment. If changes cannot be accommodated, you may request a cancellation.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested during working hours and confirmed by the Company. Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 12 hours’ notice: 100% cancellation fee.
No-show at the nominated location: Non-refundable.
If the Company cannot supply the requested transportation services, the full amount and any surcharges are refundable.
Chauffeurs & Cars
Chauffeurs will drive at reasonable speeds within speed limits, using the most suitable route unless otherwise instructed. A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed; however, excessively large or heavy luggage may be refused if not communicated at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to change vehicles if necessary, ensuring the chosen category but not the make, specs, or colour. Requests for child seats must be made at the time of booking.
Transportation of Pets/Animals
London Elite Chauffeurs LTD is pet-friendly. Guide dogs are always welcome, and other pets may be carried with prior agreement.
Company Responsibilities
The Company is responsible for providing the requested transportation services once the booking is accepted and the fare is collected. We do not accept responsibility for bookings made directly with the driver. The Company is not liable for any damage or loss to property or luggage unless due to negligence. In the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident, we will endeavour to complete the journey with another chauffeured vehicle or subcontract to another licensed operator.
Customer & Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for not damaging the vehicle. Costs for repair or cleaning due to excessive damage or soiling will be charged to the customer. Choose pick-up times considering potential delays.
Complaints
Submit complaints in writing or email us to office@londonelitechauffeurs.co.uk within 14 days of the contract’s end date. The Company will acknowledge complaints within 14 days and reply within 28 days.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy against harassment, discrimination, and rudeness. Passengers engaging in such behaviour will have services withdrawn without refund. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles.
Fraud
Payments must be authorized by the cardholder. The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings suspected of fraudulent activity and report such activities to authorities.
Privacy Policy
London Elite Chauffeurs LTD is dedicated to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. We handle all personal details with strict confidentiality and do not share them with third parties, except as required by our privacy policies.
When you make a payment through our system, you will be asked to provide personal information to verify your identity and complete the transaction. This information may include your debit/credit card details. Please note that all payment information is securely encrypted and not stored by London Elite Chauffeurs LTD but by our third-party payment provider.
London Elite Chauffeurs LTD is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under the reference ZB554434 and has a designated Data Protection Officer. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by London Elite Chauffeurs LTD and are intended to ensure a clear understanding of our policies and customer responsibilities.
