Vehicle FAQ
Safety is our utmost priority. We exclusively utilize Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Land Rover vehicles, renowned for their exceptional safety ratings. Each vehicle undergoes a Ministry of Transport check every 6 months, along with an annual inspection by our regulatory authority.
Car chargers for Samsung, iPhones, and select other mobile phones are readily available in our vehicles.
Smoking in private hire vehicles is prohibited by law in the UK. Nonetheless, your chauffeur will gladly accommodate any requests for smoke breaks by making frequent stops.
While water is provided in all our vehicles, we regret to inform you that eating is not permitted.
Airport FAQ
Your chauffeur will be easily identifiable, holding a sign or name-board with your name displayed. Additionally, you’ll receive an SMS notification just before your flight lands if you’ve provided a mobile contact number. In the rare event that you have trouble locating us, please don’t hesitate to call us at 02084621082 or refer to the chauffeur’s mobile number provided in your booking confirmation.
Simply contact us via phone or email, and we’ll promptly update your booking with the revised details.
Our system tracks all incoming flights, allowing us to automatically adjust your booking in case of significant changes to your arrival time. You’ll receive email notifications regarding any adjustments. Additionally, if there are further delays after your chauffeur has arrived at the terminal, waiting time will be charged in 30-minute intervals.
Journey durations may fluctuate based on factors such as time of day, road conditions, and weather.

Saloon/sedan vehicles accommodate 2 large cases and two small hand luggage items. Range Rovers have space for 2 large cases and two small cases, while larger V Classes can hold 4 large cases and 4 small cases.
Yes, all parking and tolls (London Congestion Charge, Airport fees) are included in the charges.
